Call To Order: Rich Norkun called to order the April 2, 2013 Regular Meeting of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
Approval of the minutes of the March 5, 2013 regular meeting of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board: John Wright motioned to approve the minutes of the March 5, 2013 meeting. Len Heroux seconded. All approved (5-0).

Communications: None
Director’s Report: Shawn Mullen gave a report on the status of Parks and Recreation operations. Everyone received a copy.
Unfinished Business
- Sears Park improvement project – storm water runoff remediation
Construction will begin on April 15th and last 3-4 weeks
Nothing further at this time
- Department Proposed Budget 2013-2014 FY
Reduced the conference line everything else looks good
- Partnership with Senior Center, Commission on Aging, and Parks and Recreation for “Boomer” programming
Shawn Mullen is working on this and will update at the next meeting
